Not a friendly place.nTried to BS me on CA laws to sell a bike.n49cc or lower you don't need a motorcycle license. Learn the laws on the business you are in.nLow inventory and way overpriced.nI ended up driving 35 miles but got a good deal somewhere else.

Asked questions over the phone about purchasing a scooter. The gentleman was very rude over the phone and hung up on me. I called back and he just hung up on me again. I asked a simple inventory question. Would not go back
Only scooter shop in town, only shop with the equipment to change a tire won't do it. The owner says he can not change an inner tube for liability reasons?? Like I can sue if my inner tube pops?? I'll buy it, I'll drop my tire off.. not worth it to him, just lacks any passion for the job, he doesn't understand how to create a customer. I support all laguna business, but small towns don't need bad customer service as this.
I have been dealing with Lee and Chris for over a year and they have never steered me wrong. I have found them to be honest and helpful when getting work done on my scooter. Lee is genuinely interested in the quality of my riding experience even outside of the shop. I am a repeat customer, having bought two bikes from this shop and will be buying my third from here as well.
