I celebrated my graduation today in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a fabulous evening and the venue was definitely one of the reasons for this fruitful meeting. The stuff participated in a splendid manner, the cooking was yummy and my guests were extremely happy. We shall no dout return for more joyful events. thanks very much.
Firstly, I can not find my hut rewards I have had for years via my phone numbers nor emails I have had so I had to make a new one without any points because you can not seem to use my Birth given name which would be normal 10 years ago. Secondly ... I feel when I order wings for wing Wednesday they should be wings ... not nuggets with a fancy name and sauce...Again like they were 10 years ago.... Before everything became computerized and easy to hack and scam and people became scandalous nasty and rude thieves... and chicken wings always had bones!!!
I'm never really one to complain, I don't like to be that person and I get that mistakes happen! I've never had an issue with my orders up until yesterday night but because it was already late and my family was hungry I didn't want to go back and wait for my order to be remade. I had ordered online and I asked for the large pan pizza with 3 toppings pepperoni, Italian sausage and pineapple and an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were there but the pizza??? I ended up getting a large pepperoni pizza with Italian sausage on one side?? I should have checked the minute I picked up the pizza, normally they always open it and show you what it is but the lady who cashed me out didn't even do that so that was my mistake for not verifying that it was infact what I had ordered.
Very elegant and welcoming restaurant. They offer large meals and for fair prices. We liked the meals very much and the staff were very attentive and explanatory. Highly recommended.
