Me and my family's go-to for really great pizza. Not greasy, not dry. There's always decent deals and coupons in the app. Their sides are delicious and they have baked sandwiches, pastas and desserts. Oh, and the points! You can earn free pizza on the app.
They got my order wrong even though I told them what I wanted like five time and they repeat it the order like three times. They were also really rude.
The cashier was very rude and disrespectful kept making fun of me. I order on line paid on line and when I went to pick my order he requested I’d and card which I asked why if it has already been paid. They didn’t ask for my I’d on line when I Ordered . For me this is the first time because I have order on line other places and they send me a code which I have to give when I show for my order. And I guess I was ignorant but what really got me mad was that he kept laughing at me like if I was a joke. The manager was also rude. Never going this place again.
The Employees can be really nice sometimes they just ignore u and I’m like Bru but other than that I lobe this place! ud83dude01
I believe that good customer service comes from the top down to the employees in the store. And it seems we have good people at the top of this store. Everyone seemed happy and were polite and extended themselves to carry my items to my car. I walk with a walker. The food was delicious. I like this store ud83dude00 !!!
