My experience with Blessings Senior Care was wonderful. The staff and home are warm and welcoming. The residence is very clean and has a nice floor plan for the residents, as well as their guests. As a credentialed Art 4 Healing and Memories in the making Art Facilitator, I enjoyed spending time with the residents and staff. It was a JOY to be with them and create. If your considering senior care for a family member or friend, I highly recommend Blessings.

My mom had to stay here for 2 weeks while recuperating from a fall/surgery. They are new owners and bend over backwards to make this a pleasant place (eg. owner bought Chinese food first night because my mom said that was one of her favorite meals and our late arrival made them late to prepare dinner). Food prepared always looked good and healthy. House was always immaculate and nicely decorated. Owner upbeat and very nice (as opposed to old owner who came in a few times to help and was nasty, but she is gone now). We always felt welcome and enjoyed visiting mom out on the deck overlooking the pool (hopefully some day they will put a lift in to the pool so it can be used). Fay, the head caregiver, was patient, kind and a very hard worker. They are very lucky to have her. At the time mom was there they could have used another helper at night to help with getting guests to bathroom but I'm sure they will work that out as they clearly want everyone happy at this little Board and Care.
