Horrible customer service and a horrible company in general.nI have so many issues with them that i cant even list them.nI just got off the phone with them and was told that even if my mom died and i missed my appointment and didnt call them to change the appointment, they would still charge me a late fee.nCan you believe that?nEven if a loved one dies they want you to call them to move the appointment.nnStill kind of shocked that the person whom I spoke with says that.
