This has been our favorite mechanic after living in Cypress 46 years. We trust our cars to them, we always get courtesy calls about what is needed and when the car is ready to be picked up. I rarely ask for immediate service, we try and fit into their schedule and it works out fine. This place does wonderful work and we are very grateful.
Terrible customer service. I've brought multiple vehicles here before and was always satisfied. When I came in this time I told him what work I was looking to get done and I couldnt get an estimate because the guy said he didnt know me then walked away refusing me service. I will not be returning here again.
