We had our Catalytic Converter stolen off our vehicle and we went through our Insurance for cost of repairs of damage that was done. After I called around Citywide was who we went with and they made the process hassle free and Don handled all the paperwork so we did not have to do anything. They were very efficient and did a great job. My daughter was very happy to have her vehicle back with a repair done right.
Trustworthy. No gotchas. Citywide took care of our high mileage cars and we never had a breakdown. Today they were pleased to tell me I didn't need any additional work. Also I went to Citywide when the dealer missed a serious problem and they fixed it. Besides, the office has a friendly, family-like feeling. And Citywide has a shuttle service to take me home.
This was my first time coming in today to have my daughter’s car for an oil change. Don was very friendly and honest. I will definitely come back to have all my cars service here again. Thank you!
