Very poor customer service. Spoke with Chris who said he is the manager. Not very customer focused. Actually very rude way he communicated. Unfortunately this store is right around the corner from me. I will be looking for a different location. Big O, you should look for a customer service focused manager.

I brought my van here as some lug nuts had broken off and was given a quote that included 3 hours of labor which seemed high since I have replaced them before. It was less than 2 hours between when I dropped off car and got the call it was done but they still charged me for the full 3 hours of labor, plus they still left one of the bad lug nuts on both the front and back tire when they should have just replaced them all while they had the wheel taken apart. Be wary of being overcharged here. The only good thing about the experience is they got my car in fast.

great staff very friendly, very reasonable prices wide selection and honest work. couldn't be any better unless the tires were free :)

I called in to get a quote and sat on hold for at least 10 min. At the very least let me know you’re busy and to call back. The person that answered the phone seemed lost and unprofessional. I’ve been bringing all 5 of my cars there for service, not anymore!
