Zov's Restaurant Tustin

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I visit many restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very friendly and the food they place on your table is so good. I am always happy to have a nice dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The food at Zov's is always fantastic. They have an outdoor area to sit and eat. Social distancing is reasonable.

Honestly never a bad moment at zovs. I came when the website said they were open, but they were actually closed. I called a couple times and was able to get the manager who luckily was still there. We’ve had zovs longer than I can remember, but with the pandemic and a newborn we don’t get out as much. My goal was desserts for our at home anniversary dinner. The manager is a lifesaver. I didn’t get his name, but thank you for being so nice and opening up. Being kind and thoughtful gets you far in life.

First time diner. Had heard good things, but wasn't impressed. 3 diners, but only one quality meal. One meal was a simple burger for my teenager which was delivered with a meat patty that had the consistency of a charcoal bricket. This is not an exaggeration. I can't believe that the cook would put it on the plate, or that the waitress would deliver it to our table. The waitress promised to replace it with a properly cooked patty. She also said that she was going to show it to her manager, so we assumed that meant no charge for the meal. While our waitress was gone, another waiter came to our table and offered to get our daughter some fries while she waited for her new burger. Great customer service we thought. Our waitress returns with the new burger, which is also burnt badly, but is at least edible after slicing off the burnt section on the bottom. No fries though. We tell our waitress that another waiter had offered to bring fries to hold my daughter over while she waited for her second burnt burger. They finally showed up after my daughter had finished her burger. Then, we received the bill and found that we had been charged for not only the terrible burger, but also the fries that my daughter received after she had finished her meal, and that we never requested. All of these blunders fall squarely on the manager, who not only decided to charge us for a burger that was burnt twice, but was paying no attention to what was happening in her kitchen. Bad waiters and cooks can be replaced, but bad managers kill a restaurant. I recommend avoiding this one for good.
