An item in the order was missed when I called to report it the person was hard to understand and figure out the solution with. Ultimately the store fixed the missing item on the order and threw in some extras as an apology.
They had my order ready when I walked it. Hot and fast.
This spot offers great service as well as tasty meals. The best restaurant in the city. The food and drinks arrived rapidly and the rates were inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from both an employee and their supervisor. Don’t get a pizza here unless you want rude and ignorant people to never take your order and make you wait over an hour on a weekday. Also they constantly have negative reviews and do nothing about it. Should’ve read negative reviews so that my expectations for making just a simple order would be minimized.
