This place is amazing, if your looking for a great way to eat well, but stay fit, this is the place, they have a variety of meal plan options that are delicious and you won't get bored of! Their menu changes every week so it keeps things exciting, make sure to follow their social media for savings!

My husband and I love these meals. They are perfectly balanced with protein, carbs and fats. I love that they always taste fresh and there is variety every week. My husband is very picky and raves about the taste of these meals. Win, Win!

These meals are not only so healthy but taste amazing. I recommend them to all my clients no matter what there fitness goals are, healthy and fresh has meal prep options for everyone. Alex the owner is also so friendly and helpful. If you ever have an issue with the menu, regarding an allergy or simply just a preference he will help create and modify any meal. I’ve been ordering consistently for almost 5 months and I love healthy and fresh meal prep!

His meal options cover a wide variety of tastes and cultures so there is something for everyone.nnFor something that’s made ahead of time and reheated throughout the week it always tastes home cooked and freshly prepared.nnI order meals for personal clients, for my own lunches, and even dinner for my family.
