Customer service was terrible. First and last time coming. In one of our orders the chicken breast had no meat at all it had more bone than meat and so my husband asked if he could trade it for another piece. The cashier named Jennifer rambled on and said that it was our job to inspect our food before eating it and she refused to give a refund. We left with no food cause she took the plate away and no refund.nMoreover, we decided to go to El Pollo Loco because its ECONOMIC, DELICIOUS, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ud83dude0b
