Lakedale Resort

The property is gorgeous, and the staff was amazing. With COVID we were worried it would be a hassle to stay in a hotel but the Lakedale team made it amazing! No dine in breakfast, but they make you these delicious breakfast bags filled with house made granola, muffins, bagels and fruit juice. It’s the perfect distance from the town, it’s quite and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the gigantic jetted bathtub was fantastic. The staff was energetic, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to see us. No kids under 16 can stay in the main lodge (there’s cabins for families) so it was extra quite which was very nice. We are definitely coming back!

This place was amazing! Beautiful secluded setting. Helpful and courteous staff. The room was super clean, bed was amazing. Sat out back for hours sipping drinks and watching it get dark. One of my new favorite places. It deserves an even higher rating then five stars. Just book it, you won't regret it.

Lakedale resort was great once we got there. Their crew is super friendly and the place is clean and well taken care of. There was a little something for everybody, especially the kids like activities, tie dye, painting, a little store for them to browse in, bikes, swimming, and lots of other little games etc. The one gripe I have is they promoted a discount on the website that was very confusing, not only to me as a customer but apparently to the staff. I couldn't get a straight answer as to what the discount was for. I left a message for the general manager, Paul, because we wanted to extend our stay by one day but they never got back to me, that was frustrating because it was difficult to plan without knowing exactly how many days we were going to stay.

Hubby and I went for our anniversary. It was nice and quite as no crowds so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Handsdown thee best complimentary breakfast we've ever had, too! Very cute little giftshop as well. Got a few goodies on the way out. We will definitely be back with the kids to stay in a yurt. Thank you!

Excellent place for a family camping trip. Tons of fun activities such as boating, biking, activity tent and much more. Bathrooms and showers are clean and staff is always welcoming and helpful.
