We love their wines, we are in their wine club. Owners are so friendly also, had a private tour and stayed on their property several years ago. Try their zinfandel you will not disappointed!

On a recent visit I was charged a hefty tasting fee for a splash of two wines. I was the designated driver in our group. Had I known I would be charged the full amount I would have shared my wine with others in our group, or simply purchased a bottle of wine for enjoyment later. Not the best way to market your winery, if you ask me. Plenty of other wineries in the area interested in winning clients as opposed to gouging them.

My wife and I booked a tour and tasting with The Terraces the first chance we could after landing in California from Florida. Having tasted their Chardonnay years ago, and not being able to find it again in the South Florida area, we were looking forward to reliving the delicious experience again. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jorge, who made our time at the winery a memorable experience. He was knowledge, relatable, and a true joy to talk with. Jorge showed us around the grounds, educated us on the history of the vineyard, and demonstrated their passion as a winery. During the tasting we were able to try our favorite Chardonnay again (and it did not disappoint!!). We also were able to try a variety of their other wines: Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Rhyolite Red blend. Words cannot express how good these wines were. My wife and I drink a lot of wine from all over the world and I can say without exaggerating that the terraces selection of wine belongs in our favorite top 3%. Thank you Jorge for making out experience one we want to come back to for our next visit to Napa.
