My appointment that was supposed be 3 hours but ended up taking 5+, and needing a second appointment because my hair took to the toner badly. Despite all difficulties, Theresa never gave up and never blamed any of it on my hair. She took full responsibility, charged me for our agreed upon quoted price, and made sure I left the salon happy. She listened to my feedback and feelings about my hair, making sure I felt comfortable being honest if I liked it or not. She is very talented and I can't wait to go back for a trim! I couldn't reccomend her enough, especially with free consultations to talk about your hair goals!
I had no clue what I wanted, but knew I needed a new style & cut. Teresa knew exactly what style would work with my face and she worked her magic. She always makes me feel like a million bucks while having the most interesting conversations about all sorts of topics. I have never felt so comfortable with a stylist and look forward to next visit.
Teresa has been doing my hair for about twelve years, as a former hairdresser I am picky about my haircuts and she never disappoints. She is also excellent with perms and colors. I think what makes her so good is that she has a thirst for knowledge and is always studying new techniques, she is a true “people person” and loves her work.
