Great workouts and a great community of women of all ages and sizes! I never feel judged coming here and the coaches are amazing at pushing me and boosting my confidence! This is the only gym that has ever kept me consistent. I have been going for almost 2 years now. The coaches and owner stepped up during the coronavirus pandemic and made working out at home possible as well as opening as soon as safely possible while keeping the gym and equipment clean. I can not recommend Vie enough!
After graduating college and playing volleyball I found it difficult to be motivated and workout on my own. Vie is exactly what I needed! I highly recommend vie to anyone and everyone!
I have been a member of this gym for the last 2 years and never in my life have I been more motivated, more energized, and more in shape than I have while being apart of this gym. The coaches are kind and encouraging, and are there to help you succeed! It's an excellent combination of cardio (which is fat burning) and weight lifting! Plus, I've made wonderful new friendships there that will last forever! All girls gym, all supportive, total body workout!!!
