We had a lot of fun at this place. We had the entire place to ourselves. The wine was great. John the manager was fantastic. Played bocce ball with the kids. Definitely recommend this place.

A good friend of mine (who happens to be a Sommelier) turned me on to this winery back in '07. Their Pinot Noir ranks up with or even surpasses other wineries that are given greater distinction. Their Cab/Merlot is to die for as well.nnMy experiences have always been top notch here so I have no idea why others have negatively reviewed this place. So to you whiners that have placed negative reviews, I'm sure there are other wineries out there that will cater to your sense of entitlement. I will keep buying and patronizing DH for as long as they keep making exceptional wins!

Was one of the stops from our trolly bus tour. We just did the tasting. Lady didn’t go into detail. Just said the type and year of the wine. Well one she did say it was grown our front and organic. Wish she would of informed us that by buying a bottle they waive the tasting. Luckily we did find out. Seems like some missing sales opportunity. Did enjoy the scenery.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the nice lady with the braces. I was going to be late and tried to cancel or reschedule my visit. No one answered the phone. So, I arrived at the location anyway since I still had time on my tour left. There was a dark haired lady who was very abrupt. She wouldn't do the tour even though I had 30-45 min left, did not offer a shortened tour, and did not even offer the opportunity to reschedule for a later date. I would have just done a wine tasting, but that lady was just so damn curt, I decided to go visit the other wineries in the area. People, there are a lot of options. I, myself, wish I had seen some of these reviews first. Go visit other wineries. No need to pay someone to be rude.
