Excellent upscale thrift store. Good quality and name brand clothes at very reasonable prices. Won't find this merchandise in a regular thrift store. Located in the heart of the Proctor District.

Neat store. Good brands but small selection. Prices are definitely high. Perhaps too high as I go to a American Cancer Discovery Store in the San Francisco Bay Area where prices on non-clothing items are far lower. Clothing prices similar. Friendly staff. Always good to donate!!

Classy little thrift store that has solid quality brand names. Average price point is $16.99 per item.nnThey have all older ladies that work there. Some days that I visit they are sweet as pie and other days they are impatient and quick to think poorly of the customers intentions.nnMy suggestion would be to get a couple younger people and possibly a guy on staff. It would add positively to the customer service flow.

I was only going to give 2 stars for the staff until I went in today. I wish I’d gotten her name. I subtracted stars because 95% of the time I’m ignored when I walk in. I’ve never had a problem with being followed. Sounds like some may be paranoid. The selection is nice, I especially like when you first enter, but slightly overpriced. They email coupons, but you have to spend at least $20 for it to qualify! The neighborhood, Proctor District, is lovely. That’s a pro.

Both stores were clean & well organized. Staff pleasant. Good variety of things.
