Liz is one of the best colorist around Washington/Tacoma! Her shop is so relaxing and she has an amazing personality.

She uses vegan products, too!nHours by appt only.nnIf you go in the front entrance from Broadway, go through the antique shop and down stairs one flight. Go around to the left and to the end of hallway for Vespera. It's a cool building with tons of little shops throughout.
