If you're tired of going to places or practitioners, who don't really know the WHY behind what they do & you want to go to someone who will not only keep you safe, but really be able to target your needs & help you get results,nMeli is your girl!! She's fun & funny, but she is the most educated & informed instructor I have ever gone to & I actually looked forward to going to her class every time.
I walked into Integrated Pilates 8 weeks postpartum overweight and feeling like my body was broken. Within 2 weeks I felt stronger from the inside out. Liza takes special care to seek out and work on sore spots in your body. She helps you refine your movements to break old compensation patterns. I have only been working for 2 months and I feel like I have a new lease on life and will be able to return to my pre baby physical state.
Alease is a wonderful, caring instructor. After sustaining a back injury, I needed help gaining strength and flexibility. Alease honored my limitations while teaching me and challenging me to push my boundaries. It's been a great experience. I highly recommend this studio and Alease.
