Amazing experience with Jenni, she takes her time and explains thoroughly during the lessons. She also asks if you've had any previous injuries so she can adjust the class so you won't have to issues with pain WITHOUT sacrificing the integrity of a great yoga routine with some of that challenge factor to better adapt your body. She is super nice and makes you feel welcome and at ease, and as a beginner that was HUGE. And a plus is the studio, super relaxed and nicely organized. Absolutely recommend to anyone trying yoga for the 1st time, you won't be disappointed.
Nestled in Yoga is the perfect place to begin, follow, and refine yourself and your spiritual journey. No matter who you are or what your skill level may be, Jenni and her staff warmly welcome you, making you feel at home and confident in your personal practice. The class sizes are perfect and the atmosphere can't be beat. You will laugh, you will sweat, and you will take with you a new sense of peace and relaxation that I can only describe as serene harmony of my mind, body, and spirit. I encourage you to treat yourself to this wonderful experience, you deserve it :)
Tacoma is blessed to have a new yoga studio in a beautiful space! Both Jenni and Jackie will lead you through meaningful flows with precision instruction that accommodates for all levels. It’s a perfect studio to call your “yoga home.“
Love this yoga space! It's very calming and has such an easy atmosphere about it. Jackie was a wonderful teacher and I cannot wait to visit again. I highly recommend doing yoga here.
