I stopped by here on a bit of a whim this afternoon. I'd been visiting various stores and looking for new and interesting houseplants over the past few months and, since I was in the area, I decided to stop by Jade & Co for the first time. Both the employees present (I believe the owner was one of those employees) were very helpful and both ready to answer any questions I had on the spot. This included questions about plant care for both the plants I was purchasing and the plants I already owned, as well as an warnings regarding my pets and plant toxicity.nnThe prices were, in my opinion, excellent for such fine plants and even the pottery, etc. they had was fairly priced. If they had charge 25% more, I still likely wouldn't have batted an eye considering what some other nurseries and plant stores charge for their pots and materials.nnAll in all, I will certainly be back to Jade & Co as my little family of plants grows. I think Jade & Co. are a fine addition to 6th Ave and an amazing alternative to the big box stores like Home Depot, etc.

Very beautiful shop, nice variety of plants and Dannyn the cashier is very sweet. If you stop in be sure to say hello, she’s helpful and intuitive with her plant knowledge!nnalthough, I was sold dead Spanish Moss though and the owner offered no remedy, no refund, no apology, no accountability. I had a friend gift me Spanish moss and that’s when I realized the stark difference between the one I bought and the one I was gifted. I also remember that the owner bagged up my Spanish moss while I was buying it. I felt like she should have known the difference between lush moss and crunchy moss, still take that as you may.nnUnfortunately, two weeks passed before I was able to get back to the shop and that’s when the aforementioned situation occurred.nnIf you are in the area, make sure to fully inspect the life of your plants before buying, make sure you get the discounts if they have a sale going on and be sure to know the names of the plants you are buying as some are mislabeled.nnThey also have a little coffee shop inside the shop and the beans they offer are really good and the barista is very sweet!nnHowever, if you go to the wholesaler you can get a bag of beansfor 2 dollars less a package if sold individually / 3 dollars less if bought in counts of three!

One of the cutest plant shops in the area! They have a great plant selection. I often find rare tropical varieties here, such as Hoya Australis, and Alocasia Red Mambo. Today I took home this pretty gem: 'Pink Mink' rex begonia. The plant health and packaging is a reflection of the love and care that goes into the product at this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their plants. Also, don't forget to stop by the café window inside and grab yourself a coffee, and a chocolate tea cake. A must visit!

I ordered online first sets of plants damaged. Sent replacement, still not good but whatever. I ordered silver splash, and received basic silver satin. They arrived all almost dead, I wrote her that they were the wrong plant and she said there is so many that look like them. She said she was going to the nursery that Monday. So I said I would pay out of pocket to ship the plants, she sent to me that I didnt want. That when the issue came up that I would get a refund depending on plants when they arrived. She kept 16.00 and never considered that I had to ship her plants back to her.nShe sent the plant in brown paper bags, no pots, and soil was bone dry. I will never do business with someone like her. I even let her know that the silver stains she sent to me are 3.99 at nurseries here locally. She didnt fool me. I called my bank and they are gonna get the rest of what she owes me because I should be held accountable for it. Photos were taken when I received them, and watered before they were shipped. Go to her shop but dont do it online.nBUYER BEWARE

Love this place! I always leave with something different and exciting! Great selection of plants and very stylish accessories. Everyone here is always helpful and knowledgeable.
