The TSM Shop

I reached out to the TSM shop to print some shirts for me. I called and spoke to Willie the owner and he told me to email him what I was looking for. I needed my shirts printed and delivered within a week and he ensured me they would be able to do it. I sent him an email on what I was looking for and he emailed me back once to ask a question on what I wanted. I responded back to him and never heard back. 3 days later I reached out to him via email and also called the shop, but not response. I believe he was very unprofessional in not responding back to me. I wanted to be able to support a local black owned company, but unfortunately that was not possible. I will NEVER try to use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Been a returning customer here for almost 6 years now and its always affordable pricing w/ great turnaround time. The owners are always really awesome to work with and the staff is great too. Just picked up my order and quality is always top notch. Best tshirt printers in all of Tacoma. Highly recommended.

I have attempted to work with this company, 10% of the clothing we recieved were stained damaged. The quality is good for the price but the communication with the owner was terrible, our emails were not being returned in a timely fashion considering how much money we were spending on his products. Our products were given to us 3-4 weeks after our original date we were suppose to receive them, and we were not treated professionally when asking when our items were going to be recieved, all calls were ignored and all emails returned were 1-2 days after being sent and with hostility at that.

Awesome company. I like how everyone real and easy to talk to. Got our order right on time as wanted, and the quality or both the t-shirt and the ink used on it is great.
