Evergreen self storage is now under new management with extended office hours. Amazing move in specials, first three months half price, military and senior discounts. Facility is clean, extremely helpful staff, free truck rental for move-in and climate controlled.
Evergreen storage is not closed it just changed the name to Storage Court of Parkland. The new mgmt. lowered some prices and made renovations. They also provide a free truck for move ins. This place is better than it was before. Recommended.
I have been renting for more than four years and I have never had any problems, the spaces are very quiet very well when the office is open, you can always use the bathroom separately, it is very clean both outside and inside and as for the affordable ssssss prices, that is why I am going four years there is I recommend it broadly
