Very slow loading. People tend to be on the rude side especially the shipper ladies. Check in at door 18 for shipping only. The receiver is on other end of the building. Easy dock, id required while checking in, and pick up no as well (003.....) You will be picking up appliances most likely. Light load
Beware. A fat hawaiian old guy work there and is very rude to drivers. He will bring you the paperwork and will yell at you just because he feels so. He has a very bad attitude.
Come for pick up at 7:24am .n8:05 docked to door. Now it’s 15:33 pm still not loaded
People there are not friendly, courteous or helpful. Just rude.
Horrible customer service. Horrible wait times and communication in order to get your trailer unloaded.
