Honestly I had a great experience buying from these guys.

The young man was very honest as to which vehicle would fit our needs. Then he gave us a ride back to our hotel even after we decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time. I will be back next time i need a reasonably priced vehicle.

In October of 2018 my father purchased a car for me from your richfield location. In the same month, he returned to the same location to purchase another car for another family member. That is two sales, one customer. Unfortunately, the first vehicle we purchased began having issues only days later. It spent one month in the shop due to drivability issues, and then again, only days later, I had to take the vehicle to a Mazda dealership to have some recalls taken care of. I was lucky to have made it to the dealership, as the vehicle started having issues again. The current number of miles on the car compared to the miles when purchased, in addition to receipts from being worked ok in the shop, both prove that it has only been a problem vehicle. We paid in full for both vehicles that we purchased from your Richfield location, therefore do not have any debt with this company, but we are very dissatisfied with the first purchase, as well as disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that we have received from the salesman, Derrick (sp?). Again, we purchased two vehicles in less than one month's period of time, but we, as customers, have not received the service as expected. The least he could do is trade for something else on the lot, but the fact that he hasn't been willing to work with us on this issue just shows that he knew the problems existed but failed to mention them and just wanted the car sold and money in his pocket.
