The employees at Jorgensens were top notch. It took a few minutes to get help but maybe they aren't used to a woman buying a gun. They were so helpful and patient and they knew their stuff! I love my purchase and will definitely go there again!
Bought a 2021 Honda Talon X from Jorgensen's. Paid full retail price. Spent almost 4K on accessories. Told me 6hrs of labor @ $90/hr but charged me for 10hrs of labor. A couple of the accessories weren't available. It's been almost 3 months since we purchased the machine and no word from them. So I finally called. Asked them if I could get my accessories on. "Our shop is too busy"...haven't heard back about scheduling a time. Horrible. Won't buy from them again.
This is the best recreational toy shop around! Stop once and you'll be stopping regularly forever more. Dennis, Devin, Tracy, Mike, Tyler, and so many other great people...
The service at Jorgensen's is amazing and very reasonably priced. They're courteous, kind and helpful. Fantastic one of kind “OAK” place. They have every major brand of power sports under one roof! Can-am, KTM, Polaris, Yamaha and so on! Not to mention while your machine is getting worked on you can have great food in the bowling alley ... it has always exceeded my expectations! Best service Combined with a friendly staff! When in Central Utah it’s the only place to go!
