Was able to get a same day appointment for my daughter and I both. They were very professional and friendly. This was my child's first hair cut and they were amazing with her! Thank you so much for everything!
First hair cut in years from middle of back length to neck, really happy with result. Was clean, good price, good atmosphere. Will be back if I need another!
1st time visit with Michelle and she was great! BEWARE that there is a charge of $5 added for PPE at the end of the visit. I was never informed of this when I made the appt by phone and I was told from someone at the front desk that was a blond that it is posted on their website? She said that it was to sanitize and keep things clean. All businesses are using PPE to be cleaned but this is a 1st to be charged and to top it off I asked for a receipt and couldn’t get one of those eitherud83eudd37♀ufe0f
Called every day leading up to reopening. Made an appointment weeks out. Wasn’t scheduled properly, then get called while in parking lot 10 minutes before appointment to reschedule. Person who called was rude and dismissive and asked me to make an appointment in the middle of the day, mid-week, multiple weeks from now. Zero concern or regard for a returning customer who spends over $200 an appointment. Severely disappointed.
I had got my hair done at an academy and they totally messed it up. And I was an absolute wreck. I didn’t feel beautiful. I felt so ugly with how my hair was and I called Michelle immediately. She got me in that day and absolutely worked her magic. Fixed my hair so good that I felt even prettier than ever. Can’t even tell I had a bad dye job. Bonnie and Michelle are the way to go
