She did not perform a miracle she led me to believe that she could do the style I showed her she didn't say she couldn't do it. I did show a picture and had enough hair for the style I wanted and she butchered it she cut my hair down to where i looked like a cancer patient. She did not use clippers and all she did was use scissors I did not get the style I asked for. She cut so low my thinning hair on top is now bald the mess that I walked out with is what people normally walk in with. Shameful if I could sue I would. She's bomb and always friendly and full of life I love her
She is great with already relaxed hair. Very fast, but a bit pricey. I did have Serena straighten my daughters hair, she is all natural about 4a hair texture. She didn't do a very good job and burned her hair some. She blow dried it and flat ironed it and the entire shop was full of smoke. She has an awesome personality. She is very upbeat and it was a pleasure being in her shop.
