I’ve been getting keratin treatments for years. As a traveler I’ve gotten them in multiple states. I came in today for yet again another keratin treatment and let me tell you, Lan is the best one I’ve ever had. She’s super patient and very thorough...and funny. Please go see her!!! If you need soul therapy, first get your HAIR therapy from Lan :)
Took my daughter here today to get her hair trimmed and it came out uneven. I pointed it out to her and she said that's just the way her hair is. She then said it was a little longer on one side and attempted to fix it. Even after the second attempt it's still uneven. I'm pretty mad especially for the price we paid. I brought her here thinking she'd get a nice trim and she ended up messing it up and unable to fix her mistake.
I went to get these eyebrows waxed on my birthday I wish there was more to explore for me personally I love it.
I like the ulta store in Federal Way better they actually carry more makeup brands.
