The customer service is great she is a very kind lady, but doesn't understand what a fade means. I went once before and figured it was a fluke and went back today to give it another shot as I prefer to support small local business, that was a mistake as I had to go home and shave my head...she virtually left me with a mohawk there was no fading whatsoever. Don't waste your money like I did, go elsewhere if you'd like to keep your hair. I'm only giving 2 stars beccause shes a nice lady
