I have been coming here for 6months. To people who are complaining about charge... well that’s not their fault. If you ask as you get your stuff done they will tell you. They will never overnCharge you. I’ve never had a bad experience and I am very picky about my nails so I would know. They are very nice.
Most definitely an excellent experience, hadn't been there in a while. First class service from beginning to end.
Went as a walk in, they sat me in a chair right away. There were several ladies sitting around not doing much. I waited for about 20 minutes before someone helped me, it was one of the ladies already working on someone else. The manicure took about 30 minutes She was super nice and friendly. When I left the ladies that were just sitting around were still just sitting around even as a small group walked in they didn't seen to want to work. The store was super clean and the staff that did work were nice.
The service was a huge waste of time and my money. It was rushed and the quality was not up to par at all. I was so frustrated I had to tell the to take my polish off so I can just leave. Worst pedi experience. Other people might have gotten better service but my experience disappointed my day. I felt robbed.
I came in for a full set and asked for Gel nails not polish. Well once I found out that they didn’t provide that service the nails were glued on so I took a chance and decided to let her finish. Well lesson learned I won’t go here anymore I should’ve not been lazy and gone to DuPont like my head was telling me. $50 down the drain I wanted almond shaped and was told that they aren’t familiar with new shapes or services provided in other salons. Don’t go here.. it takes forever and they rush you for mediocre service and products.
