Highly recommended gym. One of the best Crossfit gyms that I've ever trained. Marcus, the head coach and owner, knows what he is talking about, and is an excellent coach. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Best box in the South Sound, by far. The coaches are knowledgeable, the space is functional, and the overall vibe is great! Highly recommend a drop in, especially for a Saturday community workout.
I have been going to other gyms but I have never seen as this. The services and equipment are amazing. Awesome.
Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept, and very clean. Love all the new equipment for working out and stretching! All around great place!
Clean and well maintained. Staff and gym members have always been respectful.
