Love this place
I've been to 4 boxes in the area, this one is my favorite. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape . The have cultivated a fun, supportive, community atmosphere that is accepting of all skill levels.
Getting ready to make my second appearance at CF253 and truly cant wait for them to open. I'm normally a bit anxious when trying new things with people I dont know, but Todd and the group made me feel welcome right from the start. I'm hoping this will be the beginning of a long, beneficial program.
