Never got back to me on a custom order. Anyway ever since the owner Logan passed. R.I.P, this company has really lost its prior military bearing. Now a bunch of civilians run it/ running it down the drain. It’s sad. The extra star is for the good gear.

I had originally purchased the MBAV Plate Carrier for personal use about a month or two ago. I figured they were having to deal with not only backorders, but water damage from the rains they got, so the wait was understandable. Just yesterday I had requested to cancel my order and receive a refund because I ended up purchasing a different carrier from somewhere else. The guys over at Tactical Tailor got back to me at 8 AM the next morning and we were able to iron this situation out. Their customer service is astounding and I will for sure be back to shop with them.

Terrible selection. Staff isn't great when or if they acknowledge you. Overpriced just because they can..

I recently ordered an item from them that was out of stock, although they don't list items as in/out of stock on their site or provide any indication when I made the order. Instead of reaching out to me to let me know that it was currently not available, before processing the payment and taking my money, they sent me an invoice a week later with the item listed as back-ordered. Only after calling them on the phone about this did they let me know that the item was not going to be back in stock for around 4 months. I was able to get the refund process started but instead of simply reversing the credit card charge they're going through a much longer process that will take about a month to get my money back. All because they couldn't be bothered to let customers know that items aren't actually available for purchase before they charge you.

Great place to check out gear before you buy. Mostly US made goods are sold here which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful for selecting the right item you are after. They also offer factory tours, with advance notice. Everything on their website is available in store. Give them a call or drop by, you will not be disapointed.
