Ray is awesome! She was friendly, helpful and very informative. She made sure we knew about all our options and storage services we could take advantage off. If only every business had a Ray!
The people working there are real nice however you get what you pay for. The unit shutter kept jamming, they'd unjam it but actually fixing it was going to take weeks for their work order to be tended to. I was able to unjam it once and it took over 30 minutes and it'd always want to come back down. Pay extra close attention to the TOC, I turned in my key 2 days prior (like mentioned within) and they still tried to charge me for another month. It's unfortunate that these ladies working here have to deal with such circumstances of a poorly maintained place

Introductory rate is good. Convenient location. After introductory period, rate jumps up a lot. Found mouse droppings in my unit after a year. I don't store food in my unit. They try to take care of problem with some boxes that I assume are mouse traps. Decided to move my things out.
