First off, I would like to express my gratitude towards the management. Specifically Chris, Chris was very helpful and went above and beyond and even further. I would say this was the best experience by any management I’ve dealt in the past with storage facilities. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk to and had no problem answers any of my questions no matter if they were self explanatory or not. He has remarkable customer service and I highly recommend dealing with him.nnWhich you shouldn’t have a problem with because once you meet him you’ll want to rent from him. Aside from Chris his facility is immaculate and exceptional. I was throughly impressed with how well maintained ,how well kept it is and how secure this place is. You junk or valuables is safe with him in this facility!

My stepdaughter recently relocated back to Western Washington from the Spokane area. She needed to find a storage close to our home and called & spoke to Chris at Trojan. He was informative and provided excellent customer service. We were able to return my stepdaughters U-Haul and get a larger storage unit with ease. The place was very clean and recently renovated. Chris and his husband (I do not recall his name, I’m sorry) were amazing and live on site. We are very pleased with this facility.

Me and wife needed to tent a u-haul trunk in a hurry for a emergency that come up. We called right before, Chris's lunch and he stayed and waited for us. He treated us with a level of kindness and respect that's rarely seen these days. His customer service was extraordinary and I will come back for all my truck rental needs. Just come here if your anywhere near the facility and you won't be disappointed or taken for granted. Chris is the best.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about his units. Lives on site, great to have someone there. Easy to store, set up accounts and great deals.
