Pizza was definitely not fresh. Tasted like it was made several hours before our ordering. I hope this is a one time thing. But, we were very dissatisfied. The app has no way to rate the order either.

I had ordered two of the heart-shaped pizza bundles to take to my employees for Valentine's day. The lady at the front counter was kind and awesome. When I got to the store the guy working in the back told me that they weren't going to cut my pizzas and that this year they aren't cutting heart shaped pizzas. Which I can understand if people complained about the shape of the slices or what have you. I had ordered them to take them to my work. I didn't have a pizza cutter available. I asked him if he could just cut the pizza at my request, I don't really care what it looks like I just needed it cut, and he refused even upon request. The girl employee working the counter was as shocked as I was and apologized. He told me I could take plastic knife and cut it myself. I was baffled by the fact that I had to go across the street to another store to buy a pizza cutter to cut the pizzas that I spent $50 on. Absolute worst service from him. I've never heard of such a thing as saying no to cutting pizza at a pizza place. I'll stick to Domino's from now on.
