Tara from South Hill transformed my hair from drab to FAB-ULOUS. Momma definitely got her grove back. I can't express how amazing my hair is. And I took a gamble coming from Kansas City, Missouri, trusting my sister on how AMAZE she really is. Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND TARA! She's my new forever stylist and she will be yours, too!
I immediately felt welcome and was treated warmly. While I waited for my appointment time I was made to feel comfortable not an easy feat during this covid time. The professional who cut my hair was great both at making me feel at home and knew what she was doing where cutting my hair and giving me exactly what I wanted-was concerned. She was great and I recommend her highly. I don't think I can give you her name but if you ask the receptionist (who was also great)-can do that I think. You won't go wrong going to Gene Juarez south hill Puyallup!!!!
This place Is a scam and needs some good standards and understanding , when it comes in service.. they treat clients with disrespect very poor service here..I was charge here for not feeling well and was trying to kindly explain my situation And even did try to reschedule but they said we will charge u anyway No service lazy employees just wants peoples money..For free.nnThey have a police but not committed to it u will get charge here for calling and trying to reschedule your appointment because u are not feeling well they will charge u for that .nopen with safety guidelines and precautions in place. Please schedule an appointment online, text to book, or call.
Went for a bang trim and waited almost 2 hours for a complimentary service. Walked in store for 30-45 minutes, then walked around the mall for another 30. Came back and wait another 30 minutes. Waste of my time. Ended up just going to competition and they did it for free. I wasn’t even their client. Sadly Gene Juarez isn’t what they used to be 10-20 years ago.
