The staff at Pure Barre Puyallup are exceptional! As a new member, i had no idea what was going on ever but the communication has been excellent between members & staff. Especially regarding the recent shut downs- they make sure we’re cared for beyond the four walls of the studio. I love everything about this place & truly can’t say enough great things!

I am loving my workouts at Pure Barre Puyallup!! The instructors I have had are all great, giving good directions, keeping you motivated to power through and all to great music! The front desk has treated me well with my questions and resolved anything that I needed. Cute clothes and accessories too! They are also handling Covid well with distancing and sanitation and health checks at the door. I feel safe and worry free during my workouts.

I am OBSESSED w/ Pure Barre!! This gym is exactly what I had been looking for for years! From the studio itself [super darling] to the staff/coaches, this is the place you WANT to be! I express to everyone how much this studio means to me - not only for the incredible workouts but for the community - women empowering each other is what we need more of!

The people who work here are very nice, but when I signed up I specifically asked about the cancellation policy and they as assured multiple times I could just call and cancel whenever I wanted- no gimmicks. How naive was I to believe a fitness studio wouldn’t have any gimmicks!?nWell they require a 30 day notice in case you were wondering which yes, I specifically asked about when going into it given we just leafy another company who had all those exit fees and gimmicks.nAs I’m sure you understand this is extremely frustrating. Poor communication and customer service all around when it came to leaving. Not to mention Jordan couldn’t end the call with me fast enough- no I wasn’t yelling or being ridiculous like some customers can be. Rude service and would not reccomend using this facility

This place is beyond wonderful. The owner, KJ is the sweetest. And ALL the front desk staff are full of all kinds of good information and I am always greeted by name when I come in. When I first started I was a little unsure how it would all go because I had never done barre before but it didn't take long to find out it's AWESOME. Everyone is very friendly but always professional . The instructors are super helpful and work with everyone - I love the classes and the various class times available. It always works with my schedule. Oh and they have the best retail selection with the cutest things. I really can't say enough about Pure Barre Puyallup. It's the BEST thing that's happened for this town in a long time. I really appreciate how hard the team works to make sure we can have classes live during this new shutdown I think the management has gone over and above during this stressful COVID time. They really are amazing!!
