Ended up taking my business elsewhere after I was not greeted just looked at and ignored upon entering the business, I was in my lounge wear because it was my day off. However immediately after I entered so did a couple of other people who were greeted and asked if they could be of help to them. Assuming because they look more “put together”. Should teach your staff that you should give everyone the same level of customer service.

Took my husband shopping for new work clothes. The selection was great, found exactly what we needed. However I have never experienced worse customer service. Starting with the woman working in shoes. When asking for a size she would huff, and act as though it was an inconvenience for her to get them for us. She then actually threw a box at my husbands feet. We ignored the action found what we needed and moved on. We then went on to look for pants, and shirts. Though it was apparent we were unsure of where to find things no one asked if we needed help. With a stack of clothes in hand we asked about a dressing room, we we’re given another huff and an arm wave in the general direction by a male employee. Finally done, we head to the register. I seriously wanted to ask who died, because engaging in basic customer service conversation seemed like to much for them. The same guy who gave us an arm wave for the dressing rooms, huffed and begrudgingly said sure, when I thanked him for handing me my bag. We spent 400 dollars, but will never return. At least not to that location.

They always have everything FR in stock and if not will always be able to find it. The staff at ALL the in WA state is beyond awesome.

Got a pair of work boots, wore them for a week and had to return. Simply brought them back with a receipt and box for a full credit towards another pair. Easy

I was told to leave the store because I did not wear a mask. I explained I have a disability and that the CDC says I do not have to wear one. I was told to leave anyway and that they do not care about my disability and they can not help me. I can go to many other stores all within a few miles like Walmart, or Safeway, my gym, Applebee's and many others who do not require a mask and in most cases do not even bother me about not having one. The manager told me it is a Washington mandate I guess only for them and nobody else in the area. The manager told me she is forced to wear a mask everywhere she goes and I told her that is a lie she chooses to wear one and can not be forced. Also said Osha could fine them and also another lie. You can not be fined for not discriminating. I get so angry how some of these stores are miss informed, brainwashed and can not think logically on their own. I will not ever return to a whistle work wear again and hope others will read this message and also take their business to a store that does not discriminate against disability....
