Recently I was a groomsman during a friend's wedding and had to come to the store. The professionalism provided by Norma, and the speed with which she did her work, didn't go unnoticed. She single-handedly took measurements of six of us and maintained her sense of humor the whole time -- she was the only one on duty that Saturday afternoon. And when time came to fit the said suits, the staff on hand were very helpful, as well. Thank you everyone

It all started by placing a simple phone call to Norma—who unlike other retail providers; not only listened to my frustrations, but also exhibited professionalism, straight-forwardness, and compassionate care during the worst times in planning the exquisite details of my wedding. In consideration of the fast-approaching wedding date, Norma extended a cordial invitation to my fiancée and I to visit the store to explore the vast assortment of quality, wedding fashion designs. With Norma's incredible retail suss, we were able to narrow down on fitting tuxes to grace the occasion with on my wedding date. I'm happy to state that: in addition to their photo-friendliness appeal, my groomsmen were dressed very elegantly in their well-trimmed tuxes. Thank u to The Tux Shop family in Puyallup. We went in intending to rent 4 suits. But at the rate we weren't able to. When we came in we it was Jeremiahs first day and he gave excellent service to my family. Norma went above and beyond to help my family get these suits thank u for her kind heart she reached out to her boss for options and made it possible for us to rent all 4 suits, when we picked up our suits Abraham was helping us and he was very helpful and made sure all suits were ready and complete.
