The lady in customer service was great. She helped me locate a price on a seahawk shirt. There was noting like it & it had no price tag. Took her a bit of research but she found it. I was very happy, especially when I found out it was on clearance. Purchased some other items & was on my way.

Great sale. Got mom a birthday gift too! Still need dressing rooms back, but if you have a favorite brand that helps.

I had ordered the wrong size online. The employee that handled the return was very kind and helpful. We first check to see if they had the correct size in store. They did not. She let me know which JC Penny my size was at. Which was too far away. We proceeded with the refund and hit a snag with .com. she located the transactions and was able to give me the refund. Which I turn around and spent double the refund ud83dude09

It's so big and overwhelming personally. Always great shopping experiences but it is not my style

I've always liked JCPenneys. Always find what I need there.
