Macy's

Macy's was great. For being black friday it wasn't to crowed late morning. Cashiers were helpful, friendly & kept thing wiped down. Great prices & deals. Found great gifts.

I went to Macy’s not too long ago to purchase many gifts. I was very overwhelmed the day that I went and I could not decide what to purchase. Luckily one of the fabulous employee who works at Macy’s was able to assist me. I believe her name was Madilyn.nMadilyn was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Her work ethic is off the charts, she was very understanding and did her job exquisitely. She was very patient with me and my needs and never seemed irritated or annoyed. This is what 5 star customer service looks like! I will come to the south hill Macy’s if it means I can get help from Madilyn again.

Macy's is my favorite department store. They often have good sales and sell quality merchandise.
