Victoria's Secret & PINK

Needed to return something. Approached the store front to find an employee saying they were closed. We explained that we were coming from a bit of a distance. We thought the hours of the store were something other than what they actually were. The manger was nice enough to let us process our return. We thank you. Your act of kindness did not go unnoticed. And to the lady that help with the actual return, thank you for your positive attitude, we were your last customer and you were still polite. For someone who as social anxieties you made them feel completely comfortable. Thank you..

They are a busy store but got through line at decent time. They have excellent customer service.

I was greeted by an amazing smile by Sarah. I was able to share with her my experience of all the VS I have traveled to. About 500. The staff there is very well groomed, excellent customer service. Most of all I was able to get a brand new item I had not seen before. I will definitely come back before I leave area. Keep up the amazing bubbly, happy. Fun atmosphere. Great service and staff. This location is usually out of stuff though so you end up at Tacoma mall location anyway. I try to just start there now honestly. If you're really looking to shop and have time I'd recommend Tacoma first for selection.
