Friendly staff based on my experience. Pretty good inventory of items. Well organized. Not crowded, which is a plus. Easy to find in the mall. Would recommend and would return.

Nice Hot Topic store. Lots of variety with their products as expected. However giving a two star because before the pandemic there was an occasion where my latinx girlfriend and her brother were being followed consistently throughout the store while we were browsing. Multiple employee's eyes were on them the entire time. I didn't notice much because I was doing my own thing but when we left they told me and I was so aggravated for them.
