The Children's Place

I’ve been going through these comments and it’s insane the stuff that I’m reading, I know Diana and I don’t know if she’s the manager now or not but I’ve been shopping at Children’s place specifically this one going on 3 years and I’ve always received amazing customer service, she’s very friendly and fond of her customers and is there to answer any questions. I’ve never heard her say anything rude and I feel like these people are saying something that is not and I’m here to say as a loyal customer that she is GREAT! The store always looks great and it’s so cute how she makes everything look like a doll house

The way that the management staff treated their employee was horrible. She was helping me while she was doing her training, and when she made a mistake, Diana and Eva laughed at her instead of helping. There have been multiple occasions when I have gone in and he management staff has been on their phones, paying no attention to their employees and customers. The sales attendants have been kind and helpful, but not once has a manager ever said so much as hello to me. Definitely would not recommend shopping in a such a toxic place.

The manager at this store is disrespectful and tasteless. She made the experience here a horrible and negative environment. Finally after months of disrespect I left. If you want a manager and full time lead who are catty and gossipy then this is the place for you. All they do is talk badly about workers and make fun of them when they make a mistake instead of coaching. Very immature. She is so insecure about being a better manager than the previous manager, it is pathetic. The manager didn't use birth control in highschool and continues to make it our problem. She expects you to drop everything and fill in for her, but refuses and acts petty when you need the same. The district manager told her to open her availability if she wanted to be manager guess she just lied. She is a selfish, rude, disrespectful, tasteless, petty, and disgusting human being. Hopefully karma catches up to her. I'm glad to be gone from this toxic environment.

Messy, unorganized, over-all giving the appearance of not caring about how they are presented. Staff is unhelpful and rude 9 times out of 10. Occasionally you will get decent customer service but it's uncommon. I have credit with children's place but rarely use it because I hate this store so much. The clothes are barely worth it when they are on a super sale. Even then sometimes I'd rather go to Kohl's than to go into this shop. Uninviting, unfriendly and about as put together as Ross after Black Friday.
