The guy behind the counter was friendly but not concerned at all that the truck and trailer we had reserved were at another location 30 minutes away which leads me to believe that sort of things happens frequently. Not cool, U-haul. You threw off our entire move.
I’m super happy and impressed with this company. I’ve must’ve called at least 10 other storage places so that I had a spot to park my work truck. I called and I spoke with a woman on the phone and then I spoke with Billy and met with him in person. After the great deal that they had I couldn’t believe it. It was what I wanted for sure!! And when I told him about my situation they were able to work with me. My company and myself couldn’t be happier. Thank you for providing such awesome service! I’ll be a long time customer!
