I love this place. I've been here for a number of years and am very satisfied with service and professional staff. Prices are very reasonable with specials all the time. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. I've seen no pest issues. My belongings are secure as they have state of the art security. John, the manager has a very professional attitude and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
Highly recommend. Great facility with the best storage security around. We left our storage unit unattended for 2 years while we traveled and everything was still just as we left it. Water damage and critters were a concern because of how long we were gone but it was all perfect. Owners are amazing. They worked with us coming to get our things and even called after we left to wish us safe travels. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely use this storage.
I have stored my travel trailer at Cobalt Storage for the past 3 years and John's level of customer service is above and beyond. His facility is safe ,clean and secure. Multiple cameras throughout the facility with a well maintained perimeter fence. Also, John lives on property and conducts drives periodically checking on things. I sold my trailer recently but if I ever need storage again John at Cobalt Storage will be the first person I call.
Cobalt storage has been incredible! Their security is top notch. Super clean too! John, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of! Highly recommend!!
I just got a storage unit from this place and the customer service was excellent. The place is super clean and great location. The price is good and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
