While my initial contact was most certaintly NOT what was expected. I am compelled to give an update. See Addendum below.n{Bait & Switch is Illegal was closed for 30 mins. The price was 60.00 more then what was advertised}. ADDENDUM~nWELL, WELL, WELL, I DO LOVE WHEN A BUSINESS, HANDLES THEIR BUSINESS IN A MOST APPROPRIATE MANNER♡♡!!! Indeed. The Company did do quite well, on my behalf. I would surely recommend doing business here. Anna is always thoughtful and kind! She’s willing to go out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of. I would rather deal with her than half the others I’ve dealt with the past! Thank you Anna!
Every time I come to my storage the manger is always cleaning. I have been to other storages and the site is littered with trash or peoples stuff that they leave behind. You can see that she takes pride in her job. Today I came and she was sanitizing the dolly carts and the key pad to my building. I appreciate that I’m these times. Always has a smile....yes you can even tell when someone is smiling with a mask on! Customer service is amazing. The property manager and her team are all wonderful.
Second time renting here. I will come back every time. The new manager is awesome. Kind, cares about the facility and the upkeep. Customer service 10 stars.
Great experience. They had what I needed and the lease process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.
